H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Sidney, IA. You will answer phones, greet clients, match clients with the right tax professional, and help schedule them. You’ll assist in-person, over the phone, or virtually to ensure each client’s needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
