You will schedule clients, ensure their needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual service, and help maintain a clean, organized office with the team. This franchise office operates independently and hires directly through its franchisee.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
