H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, route them to the appropriate tax professional, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience during every visit.

In this fast-paced, team-oriented role you will multi-task across phone, in-person and virtual interactions. You will help clients schedule their appointments, maintain a clean office, and support team members with diverse duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
