H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, route them to the right tax expert, and schedule appointments. This role focuses on creating a positive client experience across in-person, phone, and virtual interactions.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in fast-paced customer service, comfortable multitasking, and capable of maintaining an organized, clean office environment.

• Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
