H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax expert. You will help schedule appointments, assist customers in person, over the phone, or virtually, and contribute to a friendly, efficient office atmosphere.

This role emphasizes multitasking, strong organization, and a customer-service mindset. A high school diploma or equivalent and flexible scheduling across locations are preferred; prior retail

• Previous experience in a customer service environment.

• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
