Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and match clients with the right tax professional. You will schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual service, and maintain a clean, organized office.

Prior customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred. This role requires flexibility and a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
