Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to deliver warm, personalized service and help clients navigate their tax needs. You will greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional while scheduling appointments across multiple locations.

In this role, you’ll maintain a clean, organized front desk and support team members in person, over the phone, or virtually, ensuring every client’s experience is smooth and friendly.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
