Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients and answer phones, directing them to the appropriate tax professional. You will schedule appointments and help ensure client needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually.

This role requires friendly, professional interaction, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy franchise office environment. Flexibility for locations and shifts may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
