The role focuses on delivering friendly, personalized service and helping clients feel confident in their tax decisions. You will match clients with the right tax professional, assist them in person, over the phone, or virtually, and keep the workspace organized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
