H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax expert. You’ll help create a warm, efficient office experience and support the team in daily service duties.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll multi-task between in-person, phone, or virtual inquiries, maintain a tidy workspace, and assist with scheduling to meet client needs and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
