Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients and connect them with the right tax professional. You will schedule appointments, assist clients in person or remotely, and help ensure every client’s needs are met with a friendly, efficient approach.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong multitasking ability, and comfort with Microsoft Office. Flexibility across locations and shifts is preferred.
