H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients and manage front-desk inquiries. You will route clients to the right tax professional, schedule appointments, and ensure all client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions.

The role requires experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, strong multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work across locations may be needed.
