You will help schedule appointments and ensure every client leaves satisfied, whether in person, over the phone, or online. Ideal candidates bring experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, strong multitasking and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients as requested.
• Ensure all clients' needs are met during service in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization with the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
