Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional. You’ll schedule appointments, ensure needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, and help maintain a clean, organized office.

Prior customer service experience and comfort with computers are preferred. This role offers flexible scheduling and a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
