Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients and set the tone for a positive visit. You’ll help clients connect with the right tax expert and schedule appointments in a friendly, efficient way.

In a fast-paced franchise office environment, you will maintain a tidy, welcoming space, assist clients across in-person, phone, and virtual channels, and support the team with flexible scheduling and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled.
• Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
