Job summary

You will schedule appointments, help meet clients’ needs in person, over the phone, or virtually, keep the office tidy, and perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule and/or multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned
