H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to warmly greet clients, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations in person at our Michigan location.

You will coordinate with tax professionals to connect clients with the right services, handle intake and document organization, and maintain a clean, welcoming office environment. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with team collaboration.
• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
