Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a friendly Client Service Professional/Receptionist for the seasonal period.

You will greet clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional, ensuring smooth scheduling and a welcoming experience. In a fast-paced franchise setting, you will uphold office organization, support in-person, phone, and virtual service, and assist across multiple locations as needed during the season.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned
