H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist in Minnesota. You will greet clients, schedule meetings with the right tax professional, and manage check-in and document intake to ensure a smooth visit.

You’ll support daily office operations, collaborate with tax professionals, and maintain a professional and confidential environment. This in-person role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care
