H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Hilton Head Island. You will greet clients, answer phones, and help connect clients with the right tax professional to meet their needs.

In a fast-paced office, you will schedule appointments, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support the team with a range of duties as needed to ensure a positive client experience.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned
