You will greet clients, route them to the right tax professional, handle intake, keep the office organized, and protect confidential information while collaborating with the tax team during tax season evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
