H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to greet clients, manage check-in and scheduling, and support daily office operations in person. You will work with tax professionals to match clients with the right expert and maintain a professional client experience during tax season.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with evening and weekend availability typical during tax season.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
