Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. You will greet clients, manage check-in, and route appointments to the appropriate tax professional, contributing to a smooth client experience.

This in-person role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow into tax preparation or office leadership as the season

Responsibilities
