You will greet clients, manage check-in, answer calls, and coordinate scheduling to connect clients with the right tax professional. This in-person role supports daily office operations and team collaboration.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, multitasking, and strong customer service skills. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required to meet client needs.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
