This in-person role supports daily operations, checks in clients, and routes them to the appropriate tax professional with professionalism and discretion. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, be comfortable multitasking during tax season, and maintain organized records.

• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
