In this on-site role, you will manage client check-ins, schedule appointments, and connect clients with the right tax professionals, while maintaining a welcoming, organized office environment during tax season. You will handle confidential information with discretion and contribute to a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and be the face of the office.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, match clients with tax professionals based on needs.
• Manage check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
