H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office in Massachusetts. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support daily office operations alongside tax professionals.

This in-person role requires strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and discretion with client information. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members and serve clients professionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
