Job summary

H&R Block in Wareham, MA is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. You will greet clients, manage scheduling, handle check-ins, and support daily operations alongside tax professionals in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

This in-person role includes training, opportunities to advance into tax preparation or office leadership, and evenings/weekends during tax season.

Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and team.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfort with basic computer programs and scheduling tools.
Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional first impression.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and route clients to tax professionals.
Manage client check-in and intake processes, including document handling.
Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth client experience.
Collaborate with tax professionals and team members for seamless operations.
