H&R Block in Ohio (Hilliard) is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. You’ll greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, check-in and organize documents, and match clients with the right tax professional.

This in-person role offers on-the-job training, opportunities to advance into tax preparation or office leadership, and a supportive team environment with confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High-energy, client-focused environment experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
