You will greet clients, manage check-ins, schedule appointments, and support daily office operations alongside tax professionals. This in-person role offers training and growth into tax preparation or office leadership.

You’ll work with a team to ensure a welcoming, professional client experience and handle confidential information with discretion. Evening and weekend shifts during tax season are required.
