Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the first friendly face for clients. This in-person role involves greeting clients, handling check-in, scheduling, and coordinating with tax professionals to ensure a smooth office flow.

Ideal candidates have client-focused experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is preferred, with opportunities for growth into tax

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming office impression.

Manage check-in and intake, including scanning and organizing documents.
