Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camps across the United States. This on-site, live-in position requires managing daily culinary operations, staff scheduling, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will lead kitchen teams, ensure scratch cooking standards, and maintain stringent health and safety practices while delivering exceptional camp dining and service throughout the season.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; Allergens knowledge required before start (company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations and staff training.
• Lead scheduling, inventory, and budget adherence.
• Ensure allergen safety protocols and health standards.
• Coordinate with camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
• Maintain timely meal service in a high-volume environment.
