Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp operations across the US. This on-site, live-in position oversees daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety with a focus on high-volume service.

The role requires coordinating a team to deliver scratch-cooked meals, maintaining strict sanitation standards, and ensuring smooth service during a demanding 6-day/70-hour work week.

Formación

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required (Allergens awareness).
• Experience with allergen safety and dietary restrictions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff.
• Oversee budgeting and inventory.
• Ensure allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
• Maintain high-volume, scratch-cooked meal service.
