Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a seasonal, on-site leadership role at rural summer camp facilities across the US. You will oversee daily culinary operations and supervise a kitchen team during a high-volume season.

This live-in position requires extensive scheduling, budgeting, allergen safety, and adherence to Health Department standards while delivering scratch-cooked meals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in kitchen leadership with scratch and institutional cooking.
• ServSafe Manager certification; Allergens certification required.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and live on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations and lead kitchen staff.
• Manage budgeting, inventory, and daily reporting.
• Ensure allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate menu specs and scratch cooking execution.
• Serve as liaison between campers, staff, and Wolfoods office.
