Job summary

This full-time seasonal role runs from October to April, with opportunities for advancement. Strong leadership, tax knowledge, and Dayforce/HRIS proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent related business experience.
• 2 years previous management or supervisory experience required with a passion for leading and inspiring others.
• Tax knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with Dayforce or other HR information system, online time-tracking, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-unit retail locations in the district and oversee operations to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Drive recruiting and interviewing of seasonal staff and guide tax education and team transitions.
• Monitor performance, coordinate with HR on training and employee relations issues.
• Ensure locations meet company standards for setup, technology, and facilities; maintain relationships with landlords.
