Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join the Service team during peak seasons. You will help ensure our vehicles and operations stay ready, while gaining hands-on experience aimed at becoming a Service Technician.

You'll learn through the TRAIL program, get mentorship, and complete RLN modules, with opportunities for long-term career growth within Rivian’s service network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Technical experience in automotive repair or adjacent field preferred.
• Desire to learn, adaptable, hands-on.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license (no suspensions in past 3–5 years).
• Flexible 40-hour week, shifts including weekends/holidays; may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to see/read documents such as safety rules and schematics.
• Able to interact with customers and partners at Rivian facilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory.
• Maintain vehicle readiness through washing, detailing, and charging.
• Manage vehicle logistics, lot organization, and key management.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks under supervision.
• Support training programs (TRAIL and RLN) and cross‑functional site needs.
