Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join the Service team during peak seasonal periods. You will help ensure Rivian vehicles are ready for delivery and adventures, while gaining hands-on experience and mentoring toward a future as a Service Technician.

You will support three key areas: vehicle operations, service production, and career development through the TRAIL program and RLN modules. Flexible schedules and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent credential required or preferred.
• Previous technical experience in automotive repair or related fields is preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt, with hands-on skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory.
• Maintain vehicle readiness through washing, detailing, and charging.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks.
• Participate in the TRAIL program and Rivian Learning Network modules for growth.
• Provide cross-functional support to ensure site success.
