Formación

• High School or equivalent experience, food safety training.
• Experience in similar or related work (3+ years, up to 5 years).
• Ability to supervise and train department staff.

Responsabilidades

• Train, supervise, discipline, and evaluate department employees.
• Set weekly work schedules and daily plans for the department.
• Ensure proper temperatures and storage procedures to guarantee freshness.
• Pricing, displays and advertising planning; manage department profitability.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
