Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mantains a positive attitude and teamwork-focused atmosphere.
• Trains, supervises, disciplines, and evaluates department staff.
• Schedules weekly work plans for the department.
• Ensures proper temperatures, storage, and freshness of products.
• Analyzes weekly sales and plans promotions and signage.
• Sets department pricing and maintains accurate signage.
