Job summary

Fish City Grill in Pearland, TX is seeking a Line Cook/Prep cook to prepare, cook and present seafood dishes to standard. The role requires kitchen teamwork, adherence to recipes, and maintaining a clean, sanitary workstation throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a culinary degree preferred, and 6 months to 1 year of prep/line cook experience in a full-service restaurant.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• Six months to one year minimum experience as a Prep/Line Cook in a full service restaurant; must have knowledge of the cooking techniques utilized in the scope of the Prep/Line position applying for; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
