FedEx Logistics is seeking a Sales Development Associate to join the Sales Development team in Newark/Jersey City. The role focuses on comprehensive training, shadowing, and cross-territory support for emerging SDRs, with no direct quota ownership.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or equivalent, or 4 years of B2B sales experience. Regular in-person meetings in Newark area are required. Valid driver's license and 50-mile radius living requirement apply.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or 4 years B2B sales experience or 1 year with the company.
• Offer in Advance requisition; meets minimum education/experience at application or within 120 days.
• Experience in B2B sales, customer engagement, and CRM usage is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in sales training covering products, services, and data-driven selling tools.
• Conducts structured job shadowing to observe cold outreach and lead qualification.
• Joins calls, participates in call cycling, and visits customers to build skills.
• Assists active SDR II territories with background research and outreach.
