Responsibilities

• Structured onboarding and learning through sales training on products, services, CRM, and data-driven tools.
• Peer shadowing and mentorship with SMB roles to observe cold outreach, lead qualification, and handoffs.
• Joint call participation with experienced team members to build sales competencies and industry acumen.
• Developmental pipeline support assisting active SDR II territories with research, outbound outreach, and lead qualification.
• Performance tracking and feedback through coaching, call reviews, and pipeline reviews.
• Other duties and special sales projects as assigned by leadership.
