Job summary

Federal Express Corporation seeks an SDR Associate in the Sales Development team to participate in structured onboarding, shadowing, and joint customer calls while supporting development pipelines across unassigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or 4 years B2B sales experience or 1 year B2B sales experience.
• Candidates must meet minimum education/experience at application or within 120 days of applying.

Responsibilities

• Participates in sales training programs covering company products, services, and CRM systems.
• Conducts structured job shadowing with SMB roles to observe cold outreach and lead qualification.
• Engages in joint customer calls, call cycling, and field visits to build sales competencies.
• Assists active SDR II territories with background research, outbound outreach, and lead qualification under a secondary territory mapping framework.
• Participates in regular performance coaching, call reviews, and pipeline reviews to accelerate readiness for permanent territory assignment.
• Performs other duties and special sales projects as assigned by leadership.
