JustPark in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a Sales Development Manager to coach a team of 4–6 SDRs on an outbound, account-based motion. You will hire alongside us as the team grows, report to the VP of Revenue Operations, and partner with Account Executives who receive your reps’ meetings.

The role is on the floor coaching, with the focus on developing talent, forecasting activity, and building a scalable outbound function across events, arenas, municipalities, and commercial real estate contacts.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years managing an SDR or BDR team with demonstrable results.
• Background as a BDR, SDR or AE to coach from experience.
• Proven ability to build an outbound motion: target accounts, sequences, call frameworks.
• Fluent in Salesforce, build a scorecard, trust the data and read it for cause.

• Coach and develop the team with on-floor coaching, weekly one-to-ones, and Gong reviews.
• Own the onboarding and ramp plan to reach full productivity.
• Forecast the team’s target for qualified meetings booked and held.
• Own the outbound playbook and maintain meeting acceptance standards.
