Job summary

Selfpublishing.com is hiring to spearhead our Austin Office and lead the SDR team, turning inbound leads into qualified appointments. You will bridge sales and marketing, coach the team, and drive outbound revenue growth with a focus on system improvements.

Requirements include at least three years managing a phone-based outbound sales team and living in Austin or within commuting distance. A background in online marketing and courses/coaching is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managing a phone-based outbound sales team.
• Must live in Austin, Texas (or within 30 minutes).
• Preference for 5+ years in online marketing space with courses/coaching products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SDR team and bridge sales/marketing between inbound leads and qualified appointments.
• Coach and train the team on sales techniques, listening to calls, and improving performance.
• Hold the team accountable, set goals, and enforce activity standards to hit targets.
• Identify system-level improvements, build processes, and craft automations to boost efficiency.
• Maintain clear confidence in product, team, and organization while driving revenue growth.
