Job summary

JustPark is hiring a Sales Development Manager to coach a 4–6 person SDR team in our Dallas–Fort Worth hub. You will lead daily coaching, on-floor performance management, and onboarding ramp plans, while owning the outbound motion and territory design in collaboration with Account Executives.

You will forecast team activity, maintain Salesforce scorecards, and hire as the team grows. This role emphasizes coaching, energy, and measurable results in a fast-paced parking ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing an SDR/BDR team with demonstrable results
• Background as a BDR, SDR or AE to coach from experience
• Proven ability to build an outbound motion: target accounts, sequences, call frameworks
• Fluent in Salesforce and Gong used for coaching rather than surveillance

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the team on floor daily with live coaching and feedback
• Run weekly one-to-ones focusing on performance and development
• Oversee onboarding and ramp plans to reach full productivity
• Own the outbound playbook, target account criteria and sequences
• Maintain the activity scorecard in Salesforce and ensure accurate forecasting
• Hire into the team as it grows and align with AE team on meetings
• Foster a culture of growth mindset, teamwork, daily work ethic and coachability
