Level Access is seeking a dedicated sales development leader in the United States who will coach a small SDR team, refine messaging, and drive onboarding. You will partner with Marketing, Enablement, RevOps, and Sales to steadily improve conversion and performance.

The role emphasizes mentoring, structured trainings, and a data-driven approach to pacing and prioritization, with a focus on developing a high-performance culture.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience with consistent performance.
• Experience mentoring peers, leading trainings, or onboarding.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other sales tools.

Aufgaben

• Act as first-line manager to a small team of SDRs, providing real-time coaching on messaging, calls, emails, and prioritization.
• Assist in onboarding and training for new hires through structured learning, shadowing, and skill-building sessions.
• Refine outbound messaging, track pacing, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and RevOps to improve conversion.
