Job summary

Fieldwire, the field-first construction platform, is hiring a Sales Development Team Lead. This remote US role partners with the SDR Manager and coaches reps to improve discovery, qualifications, and demo bookings, while maintaining Salesforce hygiene and outbound Cadence.

You will own day-to-day leadership, ramp new SDRs, drive process excellence, and reinforce CHAMP standards. The position offers remote work within the United States and a competitive pay range with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication skills and coachable mindset.
• Experience with outbound sales tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular live call shadows with SDRs.
• Coach cold calling, discovery, objection handling, qualification, and demo booking.
• Reinforce CHAMP methodology and discovery standards.
• Identify coaching opportunities and share best practices across the team.
• Onboard and ramp new SDRs with Enablement team.
