Job summary

Zuddl is seeking an SDR Manager to lead and scale an established outbound team. You will coach reps, drive daily execution, and elevate systems and standards that generate qualified pipeline.

The role is a player-coach position with a personal quota in the first quarter, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with AEs you support. Initially remote, with transition to on-site in Utah in 1H 2027.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of exceptional B2B outbound experience in tech/SaaS.
• 12 months of SDR management experience, most recent within last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach SDRs to achieve established outbound targets.
• Lead day-to-day outbound execution and process improvements.
• Own pipeline targets, forecasting, and leadership reporting.
