BLP in Boston is seeking an SDR Team Lead to own outbound pipeline generation into US enterprise manufacturing and industrial accounts. You will hire, ramp, and lead 6 to 8 SDRs, forecast the US pipeline, and align with the VP of Business Development and US country lead.

This role starts hands-on and becomes a key driver of the US motion, adapting the DACH playbook, building a scalable playbook, and delivering a high-performance team with ambitious growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SDR/BDR teams and building pipelines.
• Ability to forecast and own a pipeline number.
• Strong coaching and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with US enterprise buyers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and startup pace.

Responsibilities

• Hire and ramp the founding US SDR team of 6 to 8 reps.
• Own the US SDR pipeline number and forecast.
• Build outbound processes and CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
• Coach daily and run weekly 1:1s.
• Partner with US country lead and AEs to align motions.
• Lead the development of the US playbook.
